The search will be done on the article, which is a memo field.
You can enter multiple words by putting a '+' between them (eg database+spreadsheet)
The search uses a 'matches' command for each word, so if you put in too many words it will be slow.

If you get too many results, try adding a 'Not' word to further restrict the results.
Find all articles that contain:
excluding ones that contain the word:
 

Back in the days when I was the editor of the UK Open Access User Group newsletter I used to put the articles into a database. The data has been transferred to an MS Access database and put on the site.

Run the search and find some nostalgic and interesting information. You may even find something of use.
